Cairn Counselling

Cairn

A cairn is a pile of stones and is a word that is derived from the Scottish Gaelic. Cairns are used as trail markers in many parts of the world for walkers who are lost and need to locate their way. Similarly, in life we can often feel lost and uncertain, and counselling can provide the space to explore your way through it.
